Job Summary
We are looking for an execution-driven ERP Implementation Manager who takes full ownership of delivering TejoERP implementations end-to-end. This is not a coordination role — you will be responsible for actually implementing, configuring, troubleshooting, and delivering a working system at client sites. If you prefer managing timelines over solving problems hands-on, this role is not for you.
Tech Stack & Tools
Core Platform
- TejoERP — proprietary purpose-built ERP platform (modules: Inventory, Finance, CRM, Production) for Industrial Engineering & Manufacturing
- Web-based ERP interface; configuration via admin console and module settings
Light Dev Skills (Nice to Have, Not Mandatory)
- Python scripting — writing simple scripts for data migration, automation, or bulk updates
- Basic Java/Spring Boot awareness — reading stack traces and logs to diagnose issues
- React basics — understanding frontend component structure to troubleshoot UI-level config issues
- REST API / JSON — testing integrations via Postman or similar tools
Integration & Data
- REST API / JSON-based integrations with third-party systems
- Microsoft Excel — data migration, UAT checklists, reporting
- SQL (basic to intermediate) — data validation, custom queries, troubleshooting
- CSV/Excel-based data import utilities for master data setup
Collaboration & Project Tools
- JIRA / Tejo Projects / ClickUp — project tracking and issue management
- Slack / MS Teams — client and internal communication
- Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 — documents, sheets, presentations
Client Enablement
- LMS tools or recorded walkthroughs for user training delivery
- Screen recording tools (Loom, OBS) for creating training videos
- Ticketing systems (Freshdesk / Zendesk) for post-go-live support
What You Will Own
1. End-to-End Implementation Ownership
- Independently drive TejoERP implementations from requirement understanding to go-live.
- Convert business processes into system configurations without dependency on others.
- Ensure implementations are completed on time with high accuracy.
2. Hands-On Configuration & Problem Solving
- Configure ERP modules (Inventory, Finance, CRM,Production, etc.) based on real client scenarios.
- Identify gaps, troubleshoot issues, and resolve them during implementation.
- Own UAT success and ensure a <3% defect rate at go-live.
3. Client Enablement
- Train users, simplify system usage, and ensure adoption.
- Create clear SOPs and ensure clients can run operations independently post go-live.
4. Post-Go-Live Accountability
- Actively resolve issues within SLA (24-hour response time).
- Maintain 80%+ first-time resolution and CSAT ≥ 90%.
5. Build & Improve the Implementation Practice
- Create reusable templates, checklists, and best practices.
- Contribute to strengthening the TejoERP implementation framework.
Requirements
Functional Expertise
- 5+ years of hands-on ERP implementation experience (manufacturing/distribution preferred).
- Strong functional understanding of Inventory, Finance, CRM, and Production modules.
- Ability to translate business requirements into system configuration.
- Experience handling multi-site or multi-entity ERP rollouts is a plus.
Technical Skills
- Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data migration and reporting.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON for integrations.
- Comfort with ERP admin consoles, module configuration, and workflow setup.
- Experience with data import/export utilities and master data management.
Soft Skills & Mindset
- Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset — you figure things out independently.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Excellent client-facing communication and training skills.
- Detail-oriented with ability to produce high-quality documentation.
Who This Role Is For
- Someone who enjoys figuring things out on their own rather than waiting for instructions.
- Someone who has implemented ERPs hands-on, not just managed projects.
- Someone comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Someone who takes pride in leaving clients fully capable and independent.
What Success Looks Like
- Implementations delivered on time and with minimal defects (<3% defect rate at go-live).
- Clients are fully operational and confident post go-live.
- High customer satisfaction (CSAT ≥ 90%) and low dependency on support.
- 80%+ first-time issue resolution within SLA.
- Reusable templates and SOPs contributed back to the implementation practice.
