1. Lead Generation & Networking
-Generate qualified leads by visiting expos, trade shows, networking events, and industry meetups.
-Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
2. Product Demonstrations
-Conduct online and onsite product demos for TejoERP (mandatory skill).
-Explain product features clearly and connect them to business problems.
3. Sales Cycle Management
-Understand client requirements in manufacturing, trading, and distribution domains.
-Manage the complete sales process from enquiry → demo → proposal → negotiation → closure.
-Maintain consistent follow-ups until conversion.
4. Coordination & Reporting
-Maintain accurate records in CRM/lead tracking tools.
-Coordinate handover with the implementation team after closure.
-Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
1. Experience
-2–5 years of experience in software / ERP / CRM / SaaS sales.
-Hands-on experience conducting product demos — NON-NEGOTIABLE.
2. Skills & Competencies:
-Comfortable interacting with manufacturing business owners, plant heads, and managers.
-Strong communication skills in English and Marathi/Hindi.
-Excellent follow-up habits and closure mindset.
-Quick learner with the ability to grasp product modules.
-Tech-friendly: Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp, CRM tools.
2–5 years
