What is TejoERP?
TejoERP is a cloud ERP for Indian manufacturers and distributors, built by Expandx Solutions, Pune. It connects sales and CRM, inventory, purchase, manufacturing, quality and accounts so information flows from order to stores, shop floor and finance without re-entry.
Which modules does TejoERP include?
Sales & Marketing, CRM, Inventory & Supply Chain, Purchase, Manufacturing Management (engineering, production planning, production, quality control), Accounts & GST, HR and Reports. The Distributors plan includes Sales & Marketing, CRM, Accounts and Inventory; the Manufacturers plan adds Manufacturing Management.
What is the difference between TejoERP and TejoCRM?
TejoCRM covers the sales process — lead, enquiry, quotation, order and invoice — and is self-serve. TejoERP adds inventory, purchase, production, quality and full accounts. Both share one data model, so you can start with TejoCRM and upgrade without re-entering data.
Does TejoERP have a mobile app?
Yes. TejoERP has a mobile app, plus companion apps TejoBiz (B2B ordering marketplace), TejoServ (field service), TejoLead (lead capture) and TejoScan (barcode scanning).
Industries & fit
Which industries use TejoERP?
Auto components, machining, industrial machinery, electricals and electrical panels, packaging, plastics and rubber moulding, sheet metal fabrication, cast metal, dies, product-based and project-based manufacturing, and distributors of industrial supplies, spare parts, tools, electricals and hardware.
Is TejoERP suitable for small businesses?
Yes. TejoERP is designed for MSMEs, with editions for distributors and manufacturers. If you only need sales, TejoCRM is a lighter start with a 15-day free trial.
Pricing
How do I get TejoERP pricing?
TejoERP is priced to your edition (Distributors or Manufacturers), number of users and modules. You get a clear quote — subscription and implementation — after a short demo of your process.
Is the price different if I buy through a partner?
No. The price is the same whether you buy directly or through a TejoERP sales partner.
Size, implementation, compliance & support
Is TejoERP only for large manufacturers? What's the minimum size?
TejoERP is designed for manufacturers and distributors from small job shops (3-10 users) to mid-market businesses (50-200 users) and global MNC Indian operations. We have packages starting from a per-user model for smaller businesses and org licences for growing ones. Our sweet spot is companies with 10 to 500 employees in manufacturing and distribution.
How quickly can we go live? What does implementation involve?
Standard implementations go live within 30–45 business days. For customers using our pre-configured industry templates (automotive, sheet metal, ETO, spare parts distribution), initial go-live is possible in as little as 72 hours for a phased start. Full operational impact is typically visible within 4–8 weeks of go-live. Enterprise multi-site implementations are scoped separately with a dedicated project manager.
We already use Tally for accounts. Do we have to give it up?
Not necessarily. TejoERP integrates with Tally Prime/ERP9 for bi-directional sync of vouchers, ledgers, and bank entries if you choose to keep Tally for your accounts team. Many customers transition their full accounting to TejoERP's built-in Finance module over time — but the choice is yours, not ours.
Is TejoERP GST compliant? What about e-Invoice and e-Way Bill?
Yes — fully. GST compliance is built into the core, not an add-on. This includes e-Invoice (IRN/QR code) via direct GSTN/NIC API, e-Way Bill generation, GSTR1/2/3B, HSN/SAC mapping, TDS/TCS, and annual return support. The system is regularly updated for GST regulatory changes at no extra cost.
Where is our data stored? Is it secure?
All customer data is stored in India on AWS (Mumbai/Hyderabad/Bengaluru). We are DPDP Act compliant. The infrastructure uses AES-256 encryption at rest and SSL/TLS in transit. Daily automated backups with 30-day retention. Disaster recovery RTO <4 hours, RPO <1 hour. On-premise deployment is also available for enterprise customers on request.
We do project-based / ETO manufacturing. Can TejoERP handle our complexity?
Yes — this is one of our primary focus areas. The PMS (Project Manufacturing System) add-on provides WBS, project BOM, milestone billing, project P&L, Gantt view, and resource allocation. TejoERP is used by SPM builders, ETO manufacturers, and industrial automation companies with high complexity and custom engineering requirements.
What kind of ongoing support do you provide?
Standard support (Mon–Sat, 9AM–6PM IST) via ticket portal is included with all licences at no extra charge. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) are available at escalating service levels — Standard, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — covering email + phone support, dedicated engineers, and on-site visits. All software updates, statutory updates, and new feature releases are included for all customers.
Integrations & implementation
Does TejoERP integrate with Tally?
Yes. TejoERP integrates with Tally and Zoho Books, and supports GST, IndiaMART lead integration and SMS/WhatsApp notifications.
How long does implementation take?
It depends on the modules, data volume and number of locations. After a short assessment and demo, the team gives you a timeline and plan covering configuration, data migration, training and go-live support.
Can TejoERP be customised?
TejoERP is configurable, and Expandx — the company behind TejoERP — builds custom extensions and integrations when a business needs something beyond the standard product.
